Credits and credentials earned at Bliss Medical Academy may not transfer to other institutions. Transfer of credit is at the sole discretion of the receiving institution and is not guaranteed.
Completion of our programs does not guarantee employment or professional certification. Job placement depends on individual qualifications, market conditions, and employer requirements.
Students who cancel within 3 business days of signing the enrollment agreement are entitled to a full refund. After 3 business days, refunds are prorated based on instruction completed. Full details are in your enrollment agreement.

You may cancel your enrollment within 3 business days of signing your enrollment agreement and receive a full refund of all tuition paid.
If you withdraw from a program, you are entitled to a prorated refund based on the amount of instruction completed, per our published refund policy.
You have the right to access and review your student educational records in accordance with FERPA and applicable Georgia law.
If your concerns cannot be resolved through the school, you have the right to file a complaint directly with GNPEC at gnpec.georgia.gov.

Start by speaking with your instructor or contacting our administrative office. Most concerns can be resolved quickly at this level.
If your concern is not resolved verbally, submit a written complaint to info@blissmedicalacademy.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
If your complaint cannot be resolved through the school, you may file a complaint with GNPEC. GNPEC investigates complaints against approved schools.
